What you receive

A self-service questionnaire and editable document templates populated with your answers, plus a checklist and links to official filing resources. You review, sign and submit your own documents.

What is separate

Attorney advice, contract review, legal-deadline calculations, representation, negotiations, filings and guaranteed results are not included. This service does not cancel a contract or remove a lien.

Your information

When you select Save my case, your intake answers, edited drafts, progress, follow-up date and notes are stored in Wix under your member account. Your saved case is accessible to you and authorized site staff. Unsaved changes remain in page memory and are lost when you leave or refresh. Downloaded files remain on your device; protect them as you would your contracts. You can request deletion through our support form. Keep original evidence on your own device; do not enter Social Security numbers, passwords or full financial account numbers.

Wix processes account, order, payment and support-request information and may retain technical logs. Support messages are saved in our Wix dashboard so we can respond. Sign-in uses browser storage. External agencies and providers have their own privacy policies. We do not send your case to a provider or an agency.

Use our support form for account, download, order or privacy requests. Do not send sensitive case documents through that form.

Accuracy and filing

Include only facts you can support. Check each recipient and current agency requirements before sending. The tools do not determine legal eligibility or provide a state-by-state legal opinion.

Free alternatives

CFPB complaints, FTC reports and state consumer offices are available directly without purchasing our package.
